Schematic design using abstract ideas can be very helpful in the early stages of a design project to rule out less exciting ideas and confirm direction for the desired ones!

While I can easily visualize spaces in 3D with their full potential, I know that my clients come to me because they cannot. Let me create 2D and 3D visuals based on your ideas and my suggestions.

Aren't sure how to make it all come together? I will source hard and soft finishes including tile, stone, flooring, wall colors, cabinet finish along with plumbing fixtures and hardware, so you don't have to.

With measurements taken during our initial meeting, space plans are created with construction/renovation suggestions, furnishing layouts, and detailed notes.
